Our holiday workshops are a combination of 2 hour and 4 hour courses. We explore projects working with paper sculpture, clay, clothes design, mixed media, watercolour and acrylics. Each project is individual and at the end of the session they'll go home with a finished piece of artwork.
Camp notes
CANCELLATION POLICY:
• with 2 weeks notice, we will provide a full refund.
• with 48 hours notice, we will provide credit (for use for Zoom Sessions, Holiday Camps or Term-Time Sessions).
• less than 48 hours notice, no refund or credit.
FULL DAY BOOKINGS:
Our ‘Full Day’ bookings include hosting your child for the lunch hour!
We will have board games available and a movement break to loosen up.
Children must bring their own packed lunch. (Please don’t bring nuts, chocolate or sugary snacks.) If your child has allergies please give us advance warning, and be aware that we cannot guarantee the contents of other attendees’ lunches.
If you are booking a morning and afternoon session but do not wish your child to stay for the lunch break, do not select ‘Full Day’. Instead, tick both the ‘AM’ and ‘PM’ sessions when booking. If you choose this option, you MUST collect your child for the full lunch hour from 12.00 - 13.00.
Full Day Price (includes staying for lunch hour): £62
AM + PM Workshop Price (no lunch hour - must be collected between sessions): £54
Please note, we recommend our Full Day sessions for age 7+. In our experience, some 6 year olds find a full day in the studio challenging so our individual 2-hour sessions may be a better fit.

When booking your workshop please contact Solmaz at angel@art-k.co.uk with the details of which project you would like to complete, so that the workshop can be set up in advance.
If possible, it is recommended to allow two 2-hour sessions for the clay projects, so that they can dry properly.
CLOTHES
The art studio is a creative environment where we use many art mediums! Not all mediums wash out; please make sure your children are in clothes they don’t mind getting paint on. We do not provide aprons or overalls, but you are welcome to bring one if you would like.
SAFETY MEASURES
We trust that you will not attend if your child is unwell, to respect the other students and teachers in the art class.
Please send students with their own bottle of water (if they would like one).
Please encourage your child to use the toilet at home before the session; having said that, no child will be denied using the toilet.
Students must wash their hands upon entry and during classes students are asked to stay in their seats to minimise movement around the room. At break time we loosen up with a movement break!
